- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing Apartments, equipment, or systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments or individuals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Strong ability to maintain and repair various systems and equipment
- Experience supervising or leading a team in a maintenance setting
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Familiarity with task management apps
- Ability to read inspection lists
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Effective communication skills in English &. Spanish, both written and verbal
- Welding skills for minor repairs or fabrication projects
- Leadership qualities to guide and motivate team members
