General Position Overview:
Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
Calling customers as needed to schedule appointments.
Site-inspections using moisture meters and/or other equipment.
Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project. Complete assigned work on a timely basis.
Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
Perform production processes following company guidelines per work order.
Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite and warehouse with a clean and orderly appearance.
Properly maintain/clean all equipment.
Knowledge and ability to use hand tools and/or small power tools
Performing demolitions and light construction tasks. Demo job site when needed; cutting drywall, carpeting, padding, wood floors, etc.

Requirements of Restoration Technician:
Provide outstanding customer experience
Must have professional appearance.
Punctual and reliable.
Drive company vehicle responsibly.
Excellent oral communication. Able to explain job to customers.
Construction experience helpful. Background in Plumbing, Demolition and/or Carpentry a plus.
Basic math skills
Have a valid drivers license & reliable transportation 24/7
Some night and weekend work are required. Flexibility is a necessity.
Be a part of a rotating on-call weekend schedule
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

$19-$21/hr based on industry experience and/or certifications
