RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate two scales
Put inbound scale tickets together w/ O&Ds throughout the day as drivers come in. Organize O&Ds and scale tickets from the previous day in order by ticket number regulated Counties are scanned by County and non-regulated Counties are scanned together.
Keep track of Direct Waste processing inbound/outbound loads on a spreadsheet — compared to Encore report and email to Direct Waste daily
Schedule outbound Recycling Trailer Loads
Generate scale reports as requested
Email Hair Zone weight tickets to AP
Dispatching — scheduling & routing
Answer phones Schedule outbound non-regulated Yd party loads
