Sports team wear & fitness manufacturer seeks a shipping & receiving supervisor at its distribution center in Carlstadt, NJ.
• Excellent customer service skills via emails and phone
• Excellent computer skills are a must. Especially in areas of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
• Experience with e-commerce shipping procedures
• Familiar with inventory control, packing lists & emails
• Familiar with receiving and sending packages with national and international carriers such as UPS, DHL & FedEx
• Familiar with receiving procedures and routing guidelines.
Business Degree and Industry background a plus but not necessary.
