You'll assist our senior technician with repairs, installations, and maintenance HVAC systems. You will be commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in a residential environment. In order to perform your task you will utilize your knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts. Position Overview
Full-time HVAC Apprentice Technician
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime
Based in Paterson, NJ
$18 - 21 per hour, depending on skills and training progress
Preferred
We're looking for candidates who have completed an HVAC trade school program (or are close to graduating), hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid NJ driver's license. You should be comfortable climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, handling varied weather, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Clear communication and listening skills are essential. EPA certification is a plus, but not required.
