Position: Landscaping Crew Member
Responsibilities:
- Planting and digging. Must be able to lift heavy plants and do challenging physical labor.
-Assist with various landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and mulching.
-Operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools.
-Work efficiently and safely to complete projects on time and to our high-quality standards.
-Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites.
Requirements:
-Previous landscaping experience preferred but not required; we're willing to train the right candidates!
-Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
-Team player with excellent communication skills.
-Reliable transportation to and from the yard.
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Communication. Ability to speak English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
