Responsibilities include…
Properly document inventory for into/out of storage shipments
Inspect shipments and ensure proper wrapping and packing
Stack and load & unload box trucks and tractor trailers
Work closely with Management and report any shipments with issues
Ensure that authorized personnel remain in authorized work areas
Maintain quality service by following organization standards
Maintain inventory controls by collecting shipment locations, reviewing pertinent documents;
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
What you will need….
Previous experienced in a large warehouse environment
Computer literacy
Previous experience in stacking a tractor trailer
Ability to work with minimum supervision expeditiously and safely
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to lift and pull heavy items (50 to 100 lbs.)
Ability to stand on your feet for an extended period of time
Excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills
Flexible working schedule
