SUMMARY
Join a growing pharmaceutical warehouse operation where attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency are valued. RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and ensure accurate staging of production orders.
Receive materials into proper locations and ensure adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols.
Support inventory control through cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliation activities.
Promptly report product shortages, quality issues, or delivery concerns to warehouse leadership.
Follow all corporate and site-level policies and procedures during daily operations.
Identify root causes of inventory variances and contribute to process improvements.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency and team goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may substitute.
3+ years of warehouse inventory or logistics experience preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems and database tools is a plus.
Experience working under cGMP regulations is beneficial.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a cleanroom environment wearing appropriate gear.
