We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities include:
Picking: Select and collect items from shelves or storage locations according to customer orders or inventory needs.
Loading & Unloading: Safely load/unload products from trucks, containers, and conveyors.
Packing: Prepare items for shipment with secure packaging to prevent damage.
Labeling: Accurately apply order numbers, addresses, and shipping labels.
Restocking: Replenish shelves and storage areas with incoming inventory.
Stacking: Organize pallets, crates, and products in designated warehouse zones.
Inventory Control: Track stock levels, report discrepancies, and help prevent shortages.
Shipping: Stage and prepare outgoing orders, ensuring timely dispatch.
Maintenance: Perform basic upkeep on warehouse equipment (oil/water checks, cleanliness) and packing station
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment.
Teamwork & Communication: Work closely with other associates and supervisors to maintain efficient operations.
Additional Duties: Assist with product rotation, damage reporting, schedule-based picking, and safe handling/disposal of materials as needed.
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred (but not required).
Basic knowledge of safety protocols and warehouse operations.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable and punctual.
