Responsibilities
Operate a forklift and a reach truck to pull orders
Pick, pack, and ship all outgoing retail and wholesale orders (individual boxes via FedEx; pallets via national freight forwarders)
Receive, break down, and store all incoming shipments
Pack products efficiently and carefully in a manner that reflects positively on the brand
Prepare certain shipments according to requirements specified by national retail chains
Conduct simple assembly operations for a limited number of products
Maintain warehouse overall safety and cleanliness
Contribute to other functions as needed
Requirements
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Must have experience with operating a forklift and reach truck
Minimum of 1 year experience as a warehouse worker / helper of a similar-sized or larger warehouse
Ability to handle occasional heavy lifting
Good math and measurement skills
Team player with good inter-personal skills
Open to performing beyond own function and acquiring new skills
Must have reliable transportation to Pine Brook, NJ
PACKAGE:
Salary: $20.00 per hour and full benefits for employee and Simply IRA account after 90 day probationary period.
Hours: Monday through Friday – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; however, overtime may be available during busy season.
