The Kruse Law Firm is searching for a seasoned Full Time legal assistant to join the Wayne, NJ location. MUST be bilingual in Spanish.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a legal assistant located in Wayne, NJ. The Personal Injury Paralegal will be responsible for day-to-day tasks for the office. The Paralegal will also provide support for attorneys in their case preparation, including drafting legal documents and interacting with clients.
Qualifications
Must have at least 4 years' experience in Plaintiffs legal assistant
Bilingual in Spanish
Excellent Communication skills
Strong Research skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Familiarity with legal software and database management
Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience
Previous experience in a law firm or other legal setting preferred.
This position is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. The salary range is $45,000 with heath insurance benefits.
