Our Newark, New Jersey, law firm is looking to hire two (2) VIRTUAL, BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) Client Intake Specialists for our Immigration and Criminal Defense practice. The Intake Specialist will be the first contact with prospective clients by phone, email or SMS Text. They will be responsible for screening, obtaining necessary details, and scheduling paid consultations for immigration cases. On criminal matters, they will be responsible for obtaining enough case information for the Criminal Defense team to justify a free consultation. The candidates must be sales and business development-oriented individuals who work well with people and play well on teams.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or client intake roles, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
Bilingual- English/Spanish
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of legal terminology is a plus.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
Salary and Bonus: $50,000 to $95,000
