We are seeking an experienced attorney to assist with New Jersey-based post-judgment litigation and judgment enforcement matters. This role involves working directly with our team and clients on active collection cases and requires a strong understanding of judgment procedures under New Jersey law.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle post-judgment litigation for New Jersey cases
Advise clients on enforcement strategies
Draft and review legal documents, including subpoenas, restraining notices, and executions
Coordinate with courts, marshals, and sheriffs on collection efforts
Qualifications:
Admitted to practice law in New Jersey(required)
Significant experience with judgment enforcement and post-judgment remedies in New Jersey
Familiarity with procedures and collection tactics
Experience with New York judgment collection is a strong plus
Additional Details:
Remote work possible, but must be responsive and communicative
Compensation based on experience
