Looking for an office secretary. Must computer proficient, able to use Gmail, Zoom, Google Drive, and some basic legal software. Must be able to return phone calls all day, schedule appointments, upload to the Drive and input data. Must be able to scan mail, handle bills, and maintain office. Must have the ability to think for themselves, as the attorney is very busy. For instance, you must be able to make a list of supplies needed and keep office clean etc; Email your resume. Starting is immediate. Person must be able to open the office daily at 9:00 am. Timeliness is key.
