Per Diem Attorney Needed For Work.
I am a Business Litigation/Real Estate Litigation practice. I have a substantial amount of work that needs to be done.
I will pay you a per hour fee to do a job. You can be licensed anywhere and I can teach you. However, it is preferred that you have litigation experience (i.e., research, writing briefs, respond and service of interrogatories and document demands; do doc review, etc.).
I can give you some 2nd seat trial experience (but I would not be able to pay you to 2nd seat). The other work I would pay for.
Here is how it would work:
1- I would give you a job and estimate # of hours - and we would agree to a flat fee for work.
2- you would do the work and I would bill the client (all my clients are excellent payers).
3- I would pay you when I get paid by the client.
4- I would personally guaranty all work and pay you if not received from the client within 60 days from when bill goes out. That being said most clients pay within 5-10 days.
