Fast-paced extremely busy law firm in Garfield seeking a receptionist/administrative assistant. Must have good telephone skills, be well organized, self-sufficient, have the ability to multi-task and be able to work well under pressure. Must be computer savvy and have great written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities include translating (Spanish), answering telephones, scheduling, greeting clients, and calendaring.
Hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Must speak fluent Spanish!
