Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven In-House Telemarketer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and generating leads. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases
Clearly communicate the benefits of our products/services and answer any questions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly targets and performance metrics
Handle customer questions professionally and provide correct answers and solutions
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in telemarketing is required.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to persuade and influence potential customers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus
