Key Responsibilities
Content Development: Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, videos, reels, stories, infographics, and other multimedia formats for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall business goals.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure relevant and compelling content.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, fostering a positive and interactive online community.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics, measure success, and adjust strategies as needed.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
Collaborations: Work with influencers, partners, and internal teams to amplify content reach and impact.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative content across various social media platforms.
Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design software.
Experience with video editing tools such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or CapCut is a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer is preferred.
