Professional sculptor seeking female model for one or more sessions of figure modeling for sculpture of a young woman runner. Sessions are 1-2 hours each, with break. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creative process of artists and be an integral part of the artistic community. No prior modeling experience is required, but a willingness to hold a variety of poses for extended periods is essential.
Responsibilities:
-Pose in a variety of positions for artists during scheduled sessions.
-Maintain stillness and focus during poses, which may range from short to extended time periods.
-Work with the artist to meet the session's needs and style.
-Follow instructions regarding clothing or props for certain sessions (bow and arrow).
-Maintain professionalism and respect for the environment and the artists present.
Requirements:
-Ability to hold various poses, including seated, standing.
-Comfortable with both clothed and nude modeling.
-Reliable and punctual, with a professional attitude toward the work.
-No prior modeling experience required, but must be comfortable working in an artistic setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in ballet, dance, theater, or yoga (helpful for maintaining posture).
-A strong sense of body awareness and flexibility.
-Comfortable in diverse environments and with diverse groups of people.
