Position: Web Development & Social Media Specialist
Job Type: Part-Time (Potential Full-Time Advancement)
Hours: 15-22 hours per week (5 in-office, 10-15 remote)
Compensation: $300 per week to start (PART TIME/AT HOME)
Full-Time Potential: Within 2 months, this position can transition into a full-time role with a $65,000 base salary + benefits

Key Responsibilities:
Website Management & Development:
Maintain and update existing websites
Develop new web pages and optimize user experience
Ensure SEO best practices are implemented
Social Media & Content Creation:
Create engaging social media content, including short-form videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other platforms
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
Manage social media accounts to drive engagement and brand awareness
Analytics & Strategy:
Track and analyze social media and website performance
Implement strategies based on data-driven insights
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of web development experience
Strong understanding of digital marketing and content creation
Proficiency in web design tools (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred)
Experience with video editing and content production
Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and analytics tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
