A Northern New Jersey electronics company is seeking a final inspector to perform mechanical verification of components and data including manufacturing paperwork. Review of test data for compliance, inspecting all products in accordance with procedures, attend training sessions as required for designated inspectors for various customers. Perform mechanical dimensional verifications using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, depth mike, pin, ring and height gauges) in relation to first article inspections. Review of build paperwork and test data to assure compliance to specifications.
EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Degree or GED
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing. 1 – 3 years of related experience in mechanical inspection and basic knowledge of geometric tolerance.
