Title: Forklift Driver

Line Operator Position, Purpose and Objectives
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating a forklift to load, unload, move, and stack goods and materials in a warehouse and production facility. The ideal candidate has prior forklift experience, values accuracy and efficiency, and adheres strictly to safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move products and materials.
Load and unload shipments from trucks or containers.
Transport raw materials, finished goods, or equipment to designated areas.
Stack and organize pallets and materials in storage or staging areas.
Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
Ensure all product movements are logged and documented accurately.
Assist with inventory counts and maintain clean, organized workspaces.
Comply with all OSHA, safety, and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Proven experience as a forklift operator or similar role.
Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one).
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of warehouse data systems (a plus but not required).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Must be able to operate in hot, cold, and noisy environments depending on the season and facility.
Work Schedule:
Shift schedule – e.g., Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-18.00 per hour
