This position is for an individual who can combine creative design skills with the technical expertise of screen-printing, DTF and plus. You will be responsible for creating designs and hands on it printing. Working closely with production teams to ensure high quality, accurate, and visually appealing printed products on various materials, such as apparel, posters, promotional items, and more.
Responsibilities
Design Creation and Preparation:
o Create or adapt artwork and graphics for silkscreen printing based on customer specifications and creative input.
o Prepare design files for production, including color separations (spot-color, process, and simulated-process), ensuring alignment with printing requirements.
o Develop and maintain knowledge of screen printing processes, including pre-press, printing, finishing, and post-press work.
o Track and manage inventory of screen printing supplies and materials.
o Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
o Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Experience:
o Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in screen-printing.
o Experience with graphic design.
Have driver license and transportation
Be able to work in United States.
