Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
Collection Calls
Filling paperwork/ record keeping
Arranging outgoing shipments / logistics
Purchasing / Checking inventory
Requirements:
Use of Microsoft excel and office programs.
Use of Sage 50 or QuickBooks
Manufacturing background
Excellent organization
Excellent multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills
Willing to train the right candidate
