machine supplier in North America.
Eversys Inc. is looking to hire a full time Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in NA.
Job Description:
The Warehouse Associate will be tasked with the day-to-day responsibilities of material movement within the
warehousing facility. This role will require steady, focused participation in operational logistics, safety, and accuracy
of warehouse functions. The Warehouse Associate will be expected to support general needs across all divisions of
the Spare Parts Department and will report to the Warehouse Manager.
Representative Responsibilities
Pick and pack materials to fulfill customer orders rapidly and accurately, and coordinate with relevant
departments to ensure all outbound deliveries are complete
Generate, collect, and upload all required documents, including packing slips, shipping confirmations,
signatures, inspection forms, etc.
Palletize and stack completed orders appropriately, including staging all returned material flagged for
warranty and RMA in the proper location(s)
Properly load and unload inbound/outbound shipments and perform accurate put-aways of all machines,
parts, modules, small parcel items, etc.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, racks, pallet areas, product locations and
workstations neat.
Receive and inspect products (e.g., parts, machines, modules, small parcels) for any defects or damages,
and validate quantities and identification markers (e.g., serial numbers) in accordance with quality and safety
standards, weight specifications, presentation, and any other inbound or outbound shipping requirements
Safely pull orders in an efficient and accurate manner in accordance with ‘Best Practices’ and regular
inventory rotation of parts, machines, modules, and packing supplies
Follow and support all company safety regulations, including OSHA safety standards, forklift certifications,
etc.
Maintain readiness for flexible tasks that support critical operations, such as hotshot deliveries to mobile field
service teams as needed.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license is required
Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a frequent basis
Able to stand, walk, pull, and bend for an 8-hour workday in a fast-paced environment
Must have previous experience operating a forklift and pallet jacks
Experience using RF Scanners preferred
Min. of 1 year experience working in a Warehouse environment
Must be dependable and punctual
Strong reading, comprehension, and communication (verbal and written) skills required
Strong initiative and self-motivational skills
Must be meticulous with detail and have excellent clerical, administrative, and data-entry skills.
Must be willing to quickly learn and adapt to new processes

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $20-$25 hourly (DOE)
