Due to our continued growth, we're seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Administrative Assistant to manage our office operations and support our growing business. This is a part-time position perfect for someone seeking flexible hours with opportunity for growth in a supportive team environment.
Schedule: 3-5 days per week, typically 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: - based on experience
Location: New Jersey office with occasional remote work options

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong phone communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Professional attitude and appearance

Friendly, patient demeanor with customers
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred Experience:
Previous administrative or customer service experience
Knowledge of construction, painting, or home improvement industry
Social media and basic marketing experience
Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) a plus

A DAY IN YOUR ROLE
Your day might include answering calls from homeowners interested in painting their kitchen, scheduling an estimate for an exterior house painting project, following up with a customer who received a quote last week, coordinating with our painting crew about supplies needed for tomorrow's job, processing a payment for a completed project, and updating customer information in our CRM system.
You'll be the friendly voice customers hear when they call and often their main point of contact throughout their painting project. Your attention to detail and customer service skills directly contribute to our reputation and success.
