Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Seeking a reliable, organized, individual with knowledge of MS Office (mostly Word & Excel) as well as internet savvy. Knowledge of social media, being able to post on LinkedIn, Facebook and such helpful but not required. Knowledge of business event planning helpful. Knowledge of Mailchimp helpful but will train.

Must be willing to learn new things on the job (such as updating websites, not creating them) and be open-minded. Responsible, self-motivated, attention to detail, and able to follow directions/SOPs and work with minimal supervision. Willing to work in a small office with me (female owner of small business). Good phone skills necessary. Possibility exists to work remote.

Part-time Monday to Friday. NO WEEKENDS. Approximately 12 - 15 hours a week between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Schedule can be set on a weekly/monthly basis and is flexible. This is not a full-time employment or a weekend job. This is home/office-based position in the work/residence of the owner in Cresskill, NJ
