Gaeta Recycling is looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts, negotiating payment plan and maintaining accurate records.
Your responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone / email
Negotiate payment plans
Update account status records
Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and disputes
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience
Strong negotiations and communication skills
Strong customer service skills
