Our client is looking to hire Customer Service Reps right away.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails within 2 hours
Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions
Collaborate and communicate clearly with team members
Maintain professionalism and integrity in all tasks
Take initiative and ownership of responsibilities
Create and manage shipment files accurately
Handle post-customs clearance processes
Schedule and coordinate delivery services
Cross-train to support routing team as needed
Basic Requirements:
Needs to speak and write English clearly and professionally
Strong keyboard and mouse skills
Familiar in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Prior logistics or freight experience is a plus, but not required
