Our well-established fashion wholesale corporation is urgently hiring two young, motivated female Spanish-speaking candidates to join our team as Entry-Level Office Clerk / Administrative Assistants. Key Responsibilities:
Use the company ERP system to receive and send emails
Enter sales and purchase orders into the ERP system
Communicate with the warehouse and shipping departments regarding order readiness, processing, picking, and shipping
Communicate with the billing department about proforma invoices, prepayment credit card processing, and other accounting-related matters
Perform general clerical and administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Spanish-speaking is a must
Basic English communication skills (advanced English is not required, only elementary English is desirable)
No prior experience needed; we will train the right candidates
US passport or Green Card is not required
