We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Support Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our product support systems. Additionally, this role will serve as the primary point of contact for our Amazon case management services. Proficiency in Excel and advanced functions is crucial, as the position relies on workbooks utilizing formulas and other advanced functions. Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Case Management: Submit documentation to Amazon Seller Support to resolve account issues.

Account Health & Compliance: Support Voice of Customer (VoC) efforts, manage product compliance, and handle submissions for dangerous goods.

Account Fee Monitoring: Track changes in account fees, document discrepancies, submit correction cases, and follow up consistently.

Customer Feedback: Monitor customer feedback to identify and address potential issues.

Account Manager Support: Use Excel to manage inventory tasks and create new inventory listings.

Data Management: Sort, analyze, and present data clearly from specific data sets.

Listing Management: Create, format, and review new listings on Seller Central, correct errors, and maintain accurate catalog information.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data manipulation.

Proactive and active communicator, essential for ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration within the team.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues or communicate steps needed to overcome challenges.

Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and providing actionable recommendations.

Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Photoshop, or Pixlr is a plus.
