Kitchen Showroom Front Desk/Office Clerk
We're looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Clerk to be the welcoming face of our kitchen showroom. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and supporting our sales and design teams.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages accurately.
Schedule appointments.
Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk and showroom area.
Assist with general office tasks like filing, data entry, and managing mail.
Provide basic information about our products and services.
Support sales staff with administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or office setting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Language: English and Spanish
Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., email, word processing).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
