We are seeking an Office Clerk for our front desk to join our team immediately. This position involves supporting and maintaining accurate documents, and performing day-to-day administrative tasks involved with property management activities.
The ideal candidate will be organized, bilingual (English & Spanish), and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced professional environment.
Responsibilities
Manage online platforms to organize and store important documents and information
Handle confidential information with discretion
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Follow up on ongoing activities
Help resolve day-to-day challenges through effective problem-solving
Generate reports, and other business documents
Track deadlines, and scheduled activities
Handle documentation and renewals for property management leases
Perform general filing, scanning, photocopying, and document organization
Qualifications
Minimum experience is required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills — fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Comfortable navigating online platforms and performing internet research
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
