We are seeking a well-organized, strongly detail-oriented, self-motivated, dedicated, and dependable receptionist/secretary for part-time office work, as well as at-home client service/scheduling, for a highly reputable, privately owned Massage Therapy/Skin Care studio.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming phone calls with professionalism and friendliness
Schedule appointments for clients
Communicate with clients and staff of Massage Therapists, and Estheticians, Acupuncturist, through various mediums, with
professional etiquette
Greet clients upon arrival and provide new clients with proper intake form for signature
Data Entry and filing
Receive and process client payments
Have a working knowledge of our skin care line and other products
Manage inventory supplies
Maintain general office appearance
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of standard office equipment
Proficiency with basic clerical tasks, including but not limited to answering and returning phone calls, text messages, emails, data
entry, filing, and supply management
Data entry skills with both speed and accuracy
Familiarity with basic computer programs
Basic knowledge of Canva and e-mail marketing platforms.
Handle credit cards, cash, Groupons, gift certificates, and other forms of payment
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and assume additional responsibilities, as required
Requirements:
Strong work ethic
A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude, toward both clients and staff
Must be able work independently and take directions well
Prior reception, secretarial, and/or clerical experience is a plus
