Job Responsibilities:
The roles are versatile and include, but are not limited to:
Marketing products tailored to customer needs.
Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, with follow-ups as needed.
Monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Collaborating with teams to research and develop new products and content.
Securing distribution channels for our products in chain stores and retail outlets.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
Expertise in cold calling (essential).
Knowledge of ethnic hair products and general merchandise.
Proficiency in social media platforms and their use for marketing.
Proficiency in MS Office (Photoshop is a plus).
Strong communication and sales skills (experience in outside/inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred).
Related Skills: Communication, Cold Calling, Customer Service, Sales, Active Listening, Product Knowledge, and Persuasiveness.
