Our fiber optic company is seeking a reliable and proactive office administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting business operations and functions. This role will provide support as needed to management and department teams.
Responsibilities:
- Basic finance tasks: generate financial reports, track Accounts Payables and Receivables, manage credit cards, bookkeeping and records management via QuickBooks.
- Basic HR tasks: manage payroll, maintain employee records, process new hires.
- Basic property management tasks: provide clerical real-estate investment management assistance to the CEO.
- General office management and administration: screen phone calls, order supplies, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, taking meeting minutes, tracking action items.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Must be located near Hackensack, NJ.
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Proactive, positive attitude in the workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
