Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls and emails professionally

Maintain accurate records, including employee files

Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing

Ensure the office environment is welcoming

Greet visitors and assist with inquiries

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in an administrative or office management role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
