Office Administrator Receptionist - Bilingual

Exciting Opportunity with an Established Company!

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing team player to join our office team. This position involves daily calls and various essential functions to ensure smooth operations. We offer flexible hours, ranging from 20 to 59 hours per week, with a few shift options available. The exact schedule will be determined.

Immediate Hiring!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering and directing incoming calls

Filing documents

Assisting the Manager, Sales team, and customers

Preparing and sending mailings and FedEx packages to lenders

Maintaining accurate records

Ordering office supplies

Performing miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned

Requirements:

Professional and polished appearance (Business Casual dress code)

Excellent telephone and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Friendly and professional demeanor

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
