Importing and distributing company is looking for an office assistant who is a
positive, self-motivated, and reliable.
Job summary / Qualifications:
Coordinate; schedule deliveries
Data entry of orders, invoicing, etc.
Answer phones
Perform general office tasks.
Must have knowledge of word, excel.
Must be able to work in team environment.
Must be able to multitask and have strong attention to detail.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US
Expect a little bit of everything, from running errands to learning new skills in marketing, sales, or other areas when we get busy.
Hours are from 8.30 to 4.30.
Salary depends on experience.
