The office Coordinator position will involve the following
Perform data entry tasks.
Answer & make phone calls.
Create, organize and maintain files.
Ability to work well in a team environment. Being able to multitask.
Assist with special office projects as needed.
Entering & Ordering Purchases (Learning the Products)
Organizing and attention detail.
Requirements:
The office assistant position will have some requirements preferred
High school education.
Good attendance (most important).
Ready to work attitude and takes instruction well.
Ability to start working in a timely manner.
