Administrative Assistance wanted
seeking someone energetic, reliable, hardworking, motivated, honest, and great work ethic to join our team. In this role you will be :
Taking incoming calls
Follow up with online and out going bid leads
Setting up appointments.
Speak to potential new customers.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Position is part-time 15-25hrs weekly - can develop into full time
We are a commercial roofing contractor located in East Hanover, north jersey. Must have excellent organization and time management skills. Looking for person who can also contact clients about projects and assist sending out bids.
Sales experience a plus. Must be computer proficient.
