We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Payable/ Billing/Payroll clerk with advance knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel to be able to prioritize and multi-task with excellent organization skills. Fluent in English and Spanish and managerial experience is A+ .
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but not limited to the following:
Billing, Accounts Receivable, Payable, Payroll
Answer phones/ emails
Perform general Human Resources functions
Create and maintain e- filing system
Work on ad hoc Projects
Create spreadsheets
Coordinate Travel arrangements
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer/Employee service orientation
Skills + Qualifications:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through a Bachelors degree additional qualifications is a plus
At least 5 years office administrative experience
