We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Roselle, NJ. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office management and some bookkeeping functions, as well as a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Coordinate and oversee daily office operations.
Handle internal and external correspondence and communication.
Organize and maintain files and documentation.
Administrative Support:
Answer phone calls and emails
Assist in preparing documents.
Requirements:
Previous experience in office management and (preferably but not necessary) accounting functions.
Bank Deposit and check writing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
