Requirements:
Previous Experience in Construction Business.
Knowledge of Quickbooks - Bookkeeping function requires maintenance of accounts receivable, payables, payroll reporting, and monthly closings.
Higher education preferable.
Ability to multitask.
Punctual and Dependable.
Proficient in MS OFFICE/File Organization/Windows.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Good Phone Etiquette / Fluent in English.

Position Details:
-Project Bid Submittals.
-Certified Payroll.
-Supporting our Site Supervisors & Project Managers while they are on the road or on job sites.
-Scheduling meetings and updating calendar with current information.
-Creating estimates, scheduling jobs, creating invoices, billing customers, collecting payments, A/P & A/R.
-Answering calls, emails and all necessary communication with customers / project manager.
-Tracking leads.
We are looking for someone that is available to work 5 days per week FULL TIME.
