Overview
Reputable, well-established elevator service company with over 30 years experience in the industry is seeking a reliable and motivated Office Manager Trainee who possesses the desire and ability to advance and take on a leadership role. The ideal candidate must be bright, organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Must have bookkeeping experience and be proficient in QuickBooks. Must be comfortable taking direction and undertaking a variety of activities to learn the business operation requirements.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Prepare proposals, work orders and service agreements
Respond to email activity and other correspondence
Manage business insurance plans and documents
Handle incoming service requests and sales calls
Accounts receivable and collections
Manage and schedule inspections
Banking and reconciliations
Sales and use tax payments
Monday-Friday - 8 hours
Required Skills
Proficient in QuickBooks, Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Suite. Knowledge of Act! database software a plus
Friendly and professional attitude toward customers and co-workers
Minimum 5+ years proven experience in office administration
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

$52,000 – $72,800 Commensurate with Experience
