We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Office/Warehouse Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office and Warehouse.
Location: Wayne, NJ
Schedule: Mon. to Fri. 9am-6pm
Rate: $20 per hour
Transportation is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
·The candidate’s main responsibility will be to fulfill orders (Warehouse) and respond to customers’ emails.
·Assist with all aspects of the WH tasks.
· Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
· Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
· Maintain and update office filing systems, both physical and digital.
· Provide general administrative support to senior management and other team members.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
The candidate needs to be able to speak English (Spanish a plus) and be technologically competence (Microsoft office, Inventory programs, etc.)
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
