Part-Time Administrative Assistant/Customer Service

We are an Automotive Interior Trim/Upholstery Shop, located in Butler NJ and are looking for Customer service / Office Assistant to perform administrative duties for management.
This is a small office environment but a very busy work place.
A casual and fun environment, but professional as well.
Responsibilities include . . .
Answering, and screening, phone calls in a professional manner
Assisting with creating and maintaining business relationships with Clients and Vendors
Scheduling Clients appointments
Order entry
Follow-up / Tracking orders
Invoicing and monthly Statements
Bill paying and bookkeeping
Requirements . . .
An Outgoing Personality
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptional Customer Service skills.
Must be a TEAM PLAYER
Strong computer skills with the desire to learn more.
Must be neat, organized, and efficient
Must be detail oriented
Must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and the desire to excel
Must be reliable and have reliable transportation to get to and from our office in NJ
Knowledge of Microsoft office, QuickBooks is a plus
Experience in the automotive industry is a HUGE bonus
Hours are 4-5 hours per day, 4-5 days a week - can be tailored to your needs within our business hours.
