This is for remote work after in-person training (in Parsippany) with occasional property site visits in Bergen County.
Pay: $20/hour
Hours: 3-4 hours per week.

Real Estate Broker and Property manager seeking part-time assistant who can assist with various back-office real estate and property management activities including:
- Filling-in applications
- Online research
- Calling and scheduling contractor visits
- Preparing documents
- Meeting contractors at various managed properties
- Assisting broker / property-manager with day to day operations including site-visits
Candidate qualifications
- College graduate
- Local to Bergen County
- Must have their own reliable transportation
- Computer literate (google sheets and docs)
- Must have their own laptop
