We Offer
Full time salaried position. Compensation in the range of up to $50,000 - 60,000 per year to the Right Person including Benefits

Job Responsibilities
Review drawings and specifications provided by the architect /engineer. Order shop drawings & prepare submittal packages.
Set up the overall project schedule
Communicate with the customer on contract matters such as scope, site conditions, invoicing, schedule, Change Orders, etc.
This position is primarily located in the office; however, it will be necessary to make site visits in the field for coordination meetings with general contractors.
Experience
A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a related position required.
2-year associate's construction/technical degree is desirable.
Experience with elevators, HVAC, electrical or other construction related experience is a plus.
Microsoft Office experience required. AUTOCAD knowledge also a plus.
