We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks as cleaning, trash removal, and all superintendent multi-family responsibilities.

Responsibilities \ Requirements :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities.
- Conduct inspections of apartments and equipment to identify and address potential issues
- Paint and finish surfaces as needed
- Mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical experience required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety protocols
- Use a computerized maintenance management system to track and record work orders.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Receive and prioritize maintenance requests from residents or property managers. Assess the urgency and severity of the issues and address them accordingly, ensuring minimal disruption to residents' daily lives.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in English to effectively communicate with tenants and management
- Trash Disposal
-Must have a car and be able to respond to on-call emergencies at the property
- Experience managing buildings with 10 units or more and references for the same.
